So when I launch Minecraft it lags when I move and jump around. And I use DXTory to record. And then when I launch DXTory my game gets more laggy and my mouse jumps around the screen. But when I uninstall DXTory my game doesn't lag. I need help. I seriously don't know what is happening.

if you are using AMD GPU and the 14.x drivers it will lag you need to roll back to 13.x
