I've tried delaying the hook, but it's still crashing. The DxTory and Error logs were empty.

The game recently had an update and i'm suspecting that has something to do with this problem. I hope you can look into this as soon as possible and put out a fix once you've found the problem.

This happend to me as well.
I've played Witcher 3 for 40 hours or so with Dxtory in the background.
But then one day (yesterday) it just stopped working.
All that happens is that the screen flashes black for a moment and back to deksktop.
ALSO!!!
I played Evil Within The Executioner DLC for 40 minutes, came back after a break and could not launch the game while dxtory was running.
This no longer happens since the 1.05 Witcher 3 patch.
