This only happens with CS:GO, all other games are fine. When in the lobby for CS:Go the overlay is there and dxtory runs fine, however as soon as you get into a games (after load screen) the overlay disappears and you can no longer start recording.

I confirmed this issue.

When the value of D3DRS_COLORWRITEENABLE is besides the default, a problem occurs.
It was a new rendering codes from ver2.0.129, so it's the bug done then.

The same cause as this.
