Title: Crashes on start
Post by: Wizard on July 16, 2013, 03:52:57 PM
Hello everybody.

I just installed a trial version of DXtory 2.0.122. My system is after a fresh install of Win.7.x64 (removed pointless Win.8...)
However DXtory won't start. As soon as I click it, i am getting a Windows error:

There is no AV in the system, just Commodo FW, which I disabled it also, but the error keeps happening.

Isn't there any BootLog.txt?
http://forum.exkode.com/index.php?topic=2.0 (http://forum.exkode.com/index.php?topic=2.0)

I think that .NET Framework is not installed normally.
Can RawCapConv and AVIMux be started normally?

No, there is no Bootlog.txt (I should find that on program folder, correct?)
Both RawCapConv and AVIMux start individualy.
I tried reinstalling .NET 4.0 and every update.

Probably, it seems that COMODO is the cause.
Or other security software is the causes.

Thanks for telling me it was Comodo, I just added the Dxtory folder as an exception to Behavior Blocking and Shellcode Injection and now it works!
Previous versions of Comodo did not have such a problem though...
