Title: Dxtory Not Launching at All

I Have Windows 7 and Dxtory wont launch. I bought it like two days ago and haven't bein able to get dxtory after both reinstalling Dxtory. Also after searching for the Bootleg file it wasn't in the folder shown

Didn't work and there still isn't a bootleg file
