Print Page - Recordings being deleted when sound is on

Title: Recordings being deleted when sound is on

I can record without sound, and it saves the file fine, but when I record with the sound the file will show up in the destination folder whilst recording, but disappear as soon as i stop recording. I have attached the Environment Information to this post.
