Every recording software i use records normal, action, fraps, etc. But DXtory simply limits my fps at 15 without leaving a option to change, already tried some codecs and stills the same.
Are you you sure you FPS Restrictions not set? and you are sure that have also laid down the proper FPS for the recording? So mindestn 30 FPS? or you have more set which could push your performance? It would also be helpful if you could post information the Environment. so you can draw conclusions where for now the shoe else could press.
