Title: Dxtory crash on startup

So I just bought dxtory but it keeps crashing on startup, giving me the following info:

I already checked similar problems that have been reported with the result that those who actually were resolved blamed the following for the problem:

So please don't tell me one of these are the key to the problem, because they aren't.
I already tried windows troubleshooting, I tried running it as admin and running different compability settings, all of which didn't help.

OS: Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-Bit

It seems that COMODO is not disabled completely.

The only comodo components still running are two services which I can't seem to terminate.
