I am having an issue where, when recording Star Wars Dark Forces 2, the second source audio (Microphone from a Focusrite 2i2) will cut out at around the 2:15 mark when exporting from AVIMux. The first audio source seems to work just fine (the game audio). My setting are as follows:
Recording framerate - 60 fps
Video Codec - Lagarith Lossless Codec
Audio Codec - PCM 44100Hz, 16 bit, Stereo (issue also present at 48000Hz)
Write speed - 292 MB/sec
Troubleshooting steps I've tried
Turning on: "Synchronous Surface Lock" and "Wait for Available Buffer"
Having the same problem with Arkham Knight, this time the audio recording only exports out to 1:20 for a 3:55 video.
If I export just the second audio channel with the video from AVIMux, the video will cut out at around 2:15 as well, regardless of if I include video and export an avi or export just audio as a wav file.
Does anyone have an idea on how I can fix this? If I am missing some relevant information, please let me know and I'll provide it.
first thing i thought of was a hard disk error
had it before where video converts were just cut off at a specific point because it was trying to read from a bad sector

The disk seems to be running just fine, I usually record to this disk and the footage always comes out 100% perfect, including in this example. The issue is only when there is a second audio channel.
