It is possible to increase the limit of 30 seconds?

I need test it, cause I got a problem when my game is loading, if it got like 5 fps, never can load, then I need to wait the game is loaded to put fps as I want ^^

Can u help me to do it possible ?

If I understood you correctly, you could just disable the "start capture when detected" and use a hotkey to start the recording whenever you want.
