Title: My screen is flashing/flickering

Whenever I record the screen starts flashing and it get really irritating

You didn't give any information at all, except the issue.  I'm guessing its related to MC, but we need to see logs.

That is just the bootlog you posted, modify your post and remove that text if you would.  ( its not really needed for your issue )

Attach the Environment log and Errorlog as is indicated in that sticky thread.

Sorry to inform you that this is an unresovled issue specific to AMD cards and Minecraft. There are a few thread on the forum with the same issue, I haven't seen a fix yet.

You would not have the flashing issue with an Nvidia card, but you could also use window / display capture with other software to do your minecraft capture.  Dxtory should work fine for your other games.

As for a card suggestion, I would say a GTX 960 is a descent mid-range card that is affordable ( depending on your region of the world ).
