When I use Dxtory at the same time as I have my browser open (Using firefox) on certain sites (wowhead.com , mmo-champion.com so far) which most likely have a flash plugin, it freezes the browser and I have to kill the process. I have the latest firefox browser and latest Dxtory.
You could try adding firefox.exe to the ignore list in Dxtory.
Correct, the Adobe Flash Player crashes when Dxtory tries to hook to it. You have to put the Flash Player on the ignore list (every update). I got tired of it and now close dxtory before using anything with Flash Player.

Yep that fixed it, thanks a bunch.
Hope that this is something that might be added by default in the future to Dxtory.
If you have version 2.0.136 or newer you can add this to your
ignore_module_list.txt file to ignore all versions. The file is in the base folder of dxtory.
Quote*\FlashPlayerPlugin*.exe
The plugin name may be different for other browsers, but this is what it is called for Firefox.
