Print Page - Start problem

Hello,
I just downloaded DxTory newest version, installed. When I want to open DxTory program I get this error:

On my computer DxTory 1.0 works good. Little bit lag.
I have Microsoft .NET 4. My OS is Windows XP Profesional Service Pack 3.
Please help me!

Submit a BootLog.txt.
