No recording and no screen capture. It does recognise that a game is running though in the "Target" tab. It also wont run with Comodo Antivirus running unless I kill the process. I have MSI Afterurner running to manage my cards.

The hook of MSI Afterburner has conflicted.
It is necessary to disable overlay or capture-function of Afterburner.
They've never been enabled. Fraps has never had a conflict issue with MSI Afterburner. Neither has any other app that uses overlay. I killed the MSI Afterburner process completely, but no change.
Is there any other solutions you can think of? If this is the end of the support assistance then what sort of avenue must I take in order to get a refund?
Nevermind. I managed to get it going by killing everything I could think of that was graphics related and antivirus and reinstalling. Then by killing all the gfx processes and starting Dxtory and restarting them again it was able to run.
