When i start recording with dxtory the sound seems to be fine, but after a couple of minutes the sounds keeps getting worse and worse. And then it ends up being just a bunch of static noise. Anyone know what might cause this issue.

Do you experience any static without Dxtory running? It could be something as simple as the connection in which your audio device is connected? I assume you've also tried the latest audio drivers for your device?
I've been looking around for audio drivers, but it seems like they're all up to date and i have no audio issues except for when i record with dxtory. I am using an Astro A40 MixAmp and i'm using Digital Audio (S/PDIF) as my sound device if that information helps. I've also been test recording on more different games and it seems like this issue only happens on some games and not all.

Could you try bypassing the MixAmp and plug the headset directly into the PC input and see if you get different results?
