Since this is my first post, I would like to say hello everyone! :)
I seem to be having an issue with "DirectShow Output" on dxtory. In older versions I use to be able to output to Skype, ManyCam, etc. However now, I am having no luck with either.
None of the 4 outputs register correctly. I use to see a solid black screen on my broadcast if I wasn't broadcasting anything, but now ManyCam and Skype both tell me that the output can't be used. I have tried completely re-installing Dxtory 2.0.126 by uninstalling, and removing all registry logs, then re-installing. No luck :(
I am using Windows 8.1 64bit
I have tried multiple codecs and see no difference
The only thing I haven't tried is using an older version, but I heard they don't work well with Windows 8 anyways.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
EDIT: Added Environment log
Not sure if this has ANYTHING to do with the problem... but I tried to install the DxtoryVideo.dll and DxtoryVideo64.dll
I received this error both times...

Have not you only made a mistake in usage?
If capture is not performed with a hot key, nothing occurs.
Hey ExKoder,
I am aware of that, the problem is this...
When I try to broadcast, nothing is happening on the viewers end. I have my Dxtory set as follows...

Yet in Manycam & Skype... The result is this.

Skype

However the overlay in the game shows that it's WORKING :o

So what could the problem be? Is the driver that controls the DirectShow Output not installing correctly? Is this a problem with Windows 8.1 64bit users? Is it a faulty DLL File?
I don't understand...
Thanks for the help,

I think that DirectShow Output is glitched for Windows 8.1 64bit.
I say this because I just tested it on my laptop and it is doing the same thing. So now what ExKoder?
Bump, would someone else please test this to confirm?
Although I checked not functioning by Skype, I think that it is a problem of compatibility.
OS is not the cause.
I am now using xsplit in combination with Dxtory. This seems to have fixed my issues. Thank you for testing and replying :)
