But when will it be released for mac?
If you are unfortunate user who owns Mac you should ALWAYS make sure the software is compatible with it before making a purchase, because it's very common that it's not compatible.
Don't know if it will be released on Mac in near future. You should try get a refund.

Seeing as DxTory is a .net app, probably never. Unless Microsoft ports the .net libraries to mac (don't count on it).
dang, i need to get a windows laptop or cpu then..

It's not the hardware thats the problem here, it's the operating system as Macs *usually* have OSX which is fundamentally different from Windows. Afaik you can install Windows on a mac via bootcamp (no idea how supported it is or how to do it, not a mac expert, I am not responsible of anything).
also, since you have a mac and apparently want to record gameplay footage, do make sure the game you want to record is available on windows before making further purchases 8)
You made the same mistake I did. Never buy software without trying it out first.
What I recommend for you, if you want, get Parallels, and Windows, and then you can use DxTory. Run windows right from your mac.
