Hi there,
I have searched this forum nearly an hour now but no thread fits my problem.
So I registered and now asking for help.
If I start MW2 via steam, there is neither a FPS status nor dxtory creates a profile for this game.
I have turned of the steam overlay cause I understand that dxtory can´t hook to mw2.
So I guess much of you here can not only read, but understand what the dxtoy reports are trying to tell me and how I can solve this annoying problem. :o

ver2.0.127 has a problem of compatibility in Windows8.
Thank you for the answer ExKoder.
Unfortunately I guess, I will never know if this would help solving my problem.
I am not able (manually or automaticly) to update my win to 8, cause of an update-installling-loop.
And without this 2 updates there will be no update to win8.1 (searched the web and tried several methods).
So I have to calm down first, before I go on.

Any issue has a solution. Including your Windows Update one. If you deal with it, you'll be able install Windows 8.1 , and if you install it then you'll deal with Dxtory issue.
Focus on resolving your windows update bug.
