Title: PackbitCodec and Adobe premiere Cs6
Post by: goraxer on June 14, 2013, 10:39:52 PM
Hey, i just recorded a few vids with Packbit and it is really awesome how nice the output is.
But when i import the raw file in Premiere to encode it. It just shows up as a black video with sound :(
What can i do to fix it?

use UT Video Codec or DXTory Codec. They're fast as well. They should be even faster, because you can use there other colorspaces than RGB24. RGB24 uses very much HDD Space and so it needs while recording lots of write speed and while playback lots of read speed of your HDD.

Even if there is a problem in PackBit, I do not cope with it at all.

The algorithm of PackBit is almost the same as UtVideo.
It is specializing in high-speed processing.
The GPU encoding version also exists on an experiment level.
