Title: Multiple audio channel editing.
Post by: Syzygy on July 09, 2013, 11:08:17 am
Hello,

I'm wondering if there's an editor that lets me edit all the audio channels I get with Dxtory.
Right now I'm using Premiere Pro to edit, but before I can do that I have to extract the second audio channel via Audacity which might take quite some time. A faster approach would be nice.

Cool, how did you manage to separate VoIP?

Voip has it's own audio device, so I can record it separately.

I did this with Virtual Audio Cables (http://software.muzychenko.net/eng/vac.htm), like so:

So, now I can hear game audio & voip from my speakers/headphones and record them on separate tracks. The setup is a bit of an operation but there are tutorial videos like this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pqyHaVY6TY) on youtube

Use Sony Vegas. That video editing programm, cant show you and can separate the audio channels.

For spliting the audio you dont need Audicity. Go into the explorer, rightclick it with the mouse and extract audio channels.

It is very simple and doesnt take long.
