Dxtory won't launch!

Hey everyone, I downloaded a Dxtory some time ago all worked fine, but today when I wanted to launch Dxtory it wont launch (but all other programms works fine!)
It give's me this error:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click on Ok to terminate the application.

I may there's problem with Microsoft NET Framework, but I didnt touch these softwares.
