Dxtory not recording properly!

Hello, so I've had Dxtory for about a year now and have had no problems with it. Although, recently Dxtory simply will not record properly! When I hit F12 to record, it seems to be doing alright, then as soon as I press 12 to end the video, it won't stop. I cannot even close Dxtory, and end up having to close it with task manager. When I look to see if it recorded, I just find this in the folder:

Have you uninstalled/reinstalled dxtory and any 3rd party codecs you might be using? Is the issue happening with other codecs at all? Have you tried with different games? Tried the delay hook? Have you tried the games in windowed and fullscreen mode?

No, I have not tried all of your suggestions. Thanks for the advice, will try them out and see what happens xx
