Below 125GB

So on YouTube my videos I need them below 125GB
I want my videos on at least 30fps and 720dp.
My videos are about 25 minutes long
I record minecraft
What would be the best settings and formats I should use to keep videos like this below 125GB
A screenshot would be good thanks!
