Need help finding best settings/codec

I'm having trouble finding the best settings and codec that suit me. I want to mainly record CS:GO at 1080p 60 fps with my in-game FPS being +144 (because of my monitor refresh rate). Here are the specs of my PC

I5 4460 3.4 Ghz
AMD R9 280X
8GB DDR3 1600
1TB WD Blue SATA 6GB/s HDD
Windows 8.1 (soon to be windows 10)

I Normally run CS:GO on a Mixed settings (in order of appearance: Very Low, High, High, Low, 4x MSAA) at around 200-300 FPS
