DXTory Not Creating File

Attipark

When I try to record, I can see that DXtory creates the file but when I stop recording the file, for lack of a better word, disappears. Regardless of how long I record the file stays at 0KB. I saw a similar post (http://forum.exkode.com/index.php?topic=1530.0)where a user was getting the same error in the error log that I am getting so I went ahead and installed the Media Feature pack for Windows 10 but that hasnt resolved it.
