Recommended Setting for 60FPS

I have been recording at 30fps using the lagarith lossless codec and everything is fine.  I have yet to attempt just changing it to 60fps as I am sure there is more to it.  Can someone please advise on what would be optimal settings?

I have have the following system:
Processor: Intel i7-2600 3.40ghz
RAM: 16 GB
Graphics: Geforce GTX660ti 2GB DDR5
