[Bug] VfW xtor decoder broken (Dxtory v2.0.131)

As of Dxtory v2.0.131, the installed "DxtoryCodec.dll" seems to be unable to handle Dxtorys built-in "xtor" codec.
Therefore, any video material captured using the Dxtory codec cannot be viewed in programs like VirtualDub or opened by the "AVISource" command from AVISynth.
Both are using the VfW interface. Both x86 and x64 version are affected.

Uninstalling v2.0.131 and installing a previous version of Dxtory will not fix this problem, as the DxtoryCodec.dll is not getting deleted during the uninstallation and installing an older version of Dxtory won't override it either.

The DLL must be deleted by hand from the System32/SysWOW64 directory before installing an older version or be replaced manually with a previous one (like DxtoryCodec.dll from v2.0.127) to restore this functionality.
Programs using DirectShow filters like WMP or MPC-HC are not affected.
