I got a License but cant register

Hi I was looking forward to using this to capture game play but when ever I try to license my Dxtory I don't get the box that pops up to enter the path of the key. Task manager says its running but I see no box please help or I bought this key for nothing

I got it to work finaly had to upgrade to win 10 did not work with 8.1 64

Did you something like MSI Afterburner installed ? This provides an additional software to record. This disturbs Dxtory. The program is called RiverTune or RivaTune. or something like that. That you should deeinstallieren. MSI afterburn itself should not cause any problems.
