Limit FPS only when recording (Solved)

The limit FPS option is really nice, but I don't like it when my game FPS goes above 60FPS when recording. I want my FPS to be locked to max. 60FPS only when you're recording. When the recording is OFF, the game can resume normal FPS.

Is this a possibility?
