Audio is out of sync

Ok so my PC isn't good enough to play and record at 60 FPS in some games. What I have done is recorded at 30 FPS then used another program re encoded but set the frame rate to 60, now that worked the video is at 60 but now the audio is out of sync so how would I go about fixing that?

You can't record in 30fps and later turn it into  60fps, it's just not possible.
Now you Can make it appear as 60fps in the stats. Or fake it with blended frames and what not, but you can't make it what it's not. 30fps is always 30fps.

What it sounds like you are doing is just turning 30fps into 60fps by changing the framerate, and that will just make the 30fps play double speed.
