Dxtory Windows 7, 8, and 10 Auto Start Up Tutorial

I have been asking for a option in dxtroy to allow me to have it start with windows since windows 7 era.
Seeing as they still can not do this because the devs are lazy/inactive, never answered my forum posts or emails about it, I found a way to do it myself.
