Audio Sync problems

So... I'd been using Dxtory for a while without anything going wrong but all of a sudden encountered an audio synch problem. I'd recorded six thirty-minute episodes of gameplay footage without any problems at all, then when I watched episode seven I noticed that the audio would slowly get out of synch with the video. Towards the end of the episode it was up to about a second out of synch with the video :(

I thought at first that it might've been because my hard drive was filling up, so I cleared a lot of space, de-fragged, and tried again. Unfortunately it didn't help at all.

I record my sound PCM 48000kz Stereo for the game audio, but mono for my voice. Both tracks get slowly out of synch.

For video I'm using the Lagarith Lossless Codec, YV12, with multithreading.

Is there some setting I'm missing to stop this happening? Or is it a common and unfixable problem that Dxtory has?

Do I need to use a different audio or video codec to stop this from happeneing?

This has been a VERY annoying problem because it has ruined a lot of game footage so far for my channel :(

This is a common problem, but easily fixable with any decent video editing software.

You can just stretch the audio tracks so that they are in synch to the video. Usually one synch at the beginning and one at the end of the recording will be enough, since desynching is spread evenly over the recording. Simply do something in the game that makes a sound and visual effect, and make a short noise yourself.
