Video Recording Visually Choppy

Well, I have tried multiple codecs such as: Lagarith, x264, and UtVideo; but, I have had the same issue with each of them.  I have provided a video link for a visual preview so that those interested in helping can.  Thank you for any help provided.

Video has been removed, but you can try the default Dxtory codec @ Low or MagicYuv
