DOOM Forcecloses when Screenshot or Record

As the title says, whenever I press the record or screenshot button the game will forceclose.  Steam screenshots work fine.
I messed with the settings a little bit but I don't know what I am doing and it didn't help.  I checked Delay Hook also and it didn't help at all.
