It goes on and off during the recording process. This might give me some insight into other issues I have while recording including low recording fps.

I dont know why it happens as it has never happend to me before.
But Im guessing that it could be one of these

1. HDD/SSD starting to fail
2. Low capacity left on HDD/SSD

Has this been a problem before?
Have you tried to record to another hDD/SSD?

I will try to record to another SSD. What is the standard definition of low drive space. I usually keep around 500 to 600GBs of freespace on my recording drive.

the gpu warning is about game fps being lower than selected recording fps, this can happen in loading screens for example, you have vsync on, or otherwise performance "issues" which cause the game to render less than required frames per second.

If it only happens in loading screens or is otherwise rare, pay no mind to it, but if it shows constantly / often, consider dropping game details down or lower your capture fps.

it will show warning about storage if the recording drive can't handle the recorded video fast enough.
