Thanks for all of you guys' help but I think I just want a refund of Dxtory because it's too complicated as it doesn't work. If I need to give a reason it's because it is not easy to setup. Thanks a lot.

Normally a refund cannot be provided because the application is too difficult to operate. Otherwise Adobe Photoshop and Sony Vegas would be providing refunds all the time.

However if the application is not working as promised, that's a different argument. But even then you had a chance to use the free "trial version" first before buying it.

Either way, if you want to try your luck you can e-mail to the administrator directly to "cs@exkode.com". It would be at his discretion what to do. If you won't receive any response within a reasonable time frame, then you may also open a PayPal dispute requesting a refund for goods not matching description (not recording as advertised). That's assuming you paid with PayPal.

You should really give dxtory a chance. It is the best recording software I have used. Multiple audio channels was the biggest selling point for me, but the ability to switch and fully customize codecs was the second biggest.

You can also make profiles for each game and handpick programs that you want dxtory to ignore ( this comes in handy when Nvidia's GeForce Experience client loves to show notifications during my Dxtory recordings)

Dxtory also has the potential to be the best when it comes to performance during recording provided you have the right setup of hard drives. A separate WD Caviar Black (2013) can do 1080p @ 60fps with no problem.

Thanks for all of the comments but I didn't pay with PayPal, I have had the trial on multiple computers before, including this one and it has worked and I will email Support Admin now. Thanks for your help so far.

Thanks a lot for this comment, I have just emailed cs@exkode.com and am hoping for a reply by next Monday.
