Dxtory License Download Doesn't Work Anymore?

I bought my Dxtory license almost three years ago, and I have only used it on one other computer. I recently bought a new computer, and I'd like to transfer my Dxtory account over to it. I still have the two emails from when I bought the license--the receipt and the email containing the license file--but the download doesn't work. It gives me an empty file called "Untitled" that I can do absolutely nothing with.

Is there a way for me to get a replacement? Or maybe some sort of troubleshooting thing I can do? Or do I have to buy a whole new license?

Hi,

I had the same problem as you when I recently tried to register my product. Here is the fix that worked for me.

When yo download the unnamed file, right click and select properties. Next change the name of the product to (DxtoryLicenseFile.dxtorylic). Once you do so click ok and you should now be able to register.
