Video issue while Spectating in Killing Floor 2

[Cyglade]

While Dxtory is hooked to Killing Floor 2, even without recording, I get this graphical bug while playing in Spectator View: https://youtu.be/5aF0VV2NS_Y

This issue has existed since the launch of the game and I have been unable to find a workaround besides using different recording software.
