Microphone not being recorded?!

Hi, So I have the Rode NT2-A hooked up to the Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 and I have the amp selected to be recorded in dxtory but when i put the recorded file in vegas it just shows a flatline and when i play it back I don't hear anything. Please help...

well my amp is listed twice on dxtory, i forgot that it has 2 xlr inputs so that might be the reason it was happening. A bit annoying that the oen input that isnt being used was listed first lol.
