Folder is not set up?

Hello, I just started using Dxtory and i'm trying to screenshot a game, but an error appears and says: "Since the folder is not set up, Screenshot cannot be performed." What does this mean and how can I fix it? I have attached an image of the error.

the folder tab, you have not specified where screenshots are saved
