Completed the server swap

Although it is internal, CMS and PHP versions are new.
It is considerably higher performance than before.
It supports SSL and IPv6 connection.
"forum.exkode.com" is still an old server.
Dxtory will not be soon, but major version up will be done.

When relocating the forum, we temporarily close down. The timing is undecided.
