Program Will Not Run

Just bought Dxtory,

Program will not run, It would when I was registering it but now it won't even start. I can see it in the background processes. So I was reading other post and saw something about submitting a boolog.txt how would I do that?

Okay followed instructions on how to get bootlog.txt and when I open it nothing appears. I'm very new to this, but I have a big youtube channel to run I can't submit an environment thing because the program will not open. Thanks
