Extracting Audio Problem

So I just recently purchased Dxtory, and am loving it. Have had no problems with it, and figured out quickly how to get both audio streams from a recorded video, except for now. I have about an hour and a half video recorded. When I extract the audio, both audio streams, which are my speakers and microphone, are only about 38 minutes long, and I have no idea why. The speakers audio stream I can hear throughout the entire video before extracting, but even when that specific audio stream is extracted, its only the first 38 minutes. Does anyone know how to fix this? I appreciate the help in advance! I would lose a lot of footage if I can't figure out why it won't fully extract both streams.

It is necessary to use other tool.
The tool of Dxtory cannot handle sound data more than 4GB normally.
