Audio Timer Results

Would like to collect data about the Audio Timer Results on different hardware, to see if i can learn something, and it might come in handy.
So here is mine.

Worth Noting:

Have tried changing some stuff to differ the results, for example:

Enabling HPET(or rather forcing it) with Bcdedit in Windows = No difference.
Changing PCIE Frequency = No difference
Overclocking the CPU = No difference
Changing CPU Clock Skew = No difference

Not really sure what controls the PC time, i am guessing the CPU, but perhaps it´s the motherboard itself.
Cause if you can somehow alter the clock, you could try to get them extremely close to each other, so that the difference is close to non-existent.
