How to pronounce Dxtory?

I did a search but I couldn't find another topic with this subject, so I apologies if this has been discussed in another subject.

Also this forum seems the best place for this question since I need help/support in how to pronounce dxtory.
So how is it pronounced? is it Dee Ecks Tour-ee, or is it Dex-tree or is it something else entirely?

Would love to have an answer for this as me and my mate can never agree on a pronunciation.
Also if possible an explanation on how the name came to be, that'd be great!
