Uplay problem

I have been recording Let's Play from game Rayman Legends which is on Uplay (Ubisoft platform for games, like Steam for other games). Normally when I play, by using Shift + F2 I can open Uplay overlay in game. But when I open Dxtory and then game, notification about overlay which normally appears at right up corner of game window don't show up and Shift + F2 doesn't do anything. I see in Uplay window that it still gives me achievements according to what I'm doing in game, but some things like overlay and receiving things in game which I grant in Uplay window don't work. It looks like Dxtory limits connection between Uplay and game and consequently disables some functions.

I checked ErrorLog and there were only old errors from other games. I've cleared that and then I recorded 1 hour video from that game. Shortcut key still don't work and in ErrorLog there aren't any new errors. I think that problem don't generate any errors in ErrorLog

Can you do anything with that, or rather I should write to Uplay support?
