I got my computer repaired but when i got it back everything was gone including dxtory i tried to get it back from the sent email but it was gone i even requested to send it out again but no luck! what should i do?

There is not your e-mail address in record.
I think that you used other mail account.
Please inform me of the mail address used for purchase by e-mail, and transaction ID of PayPal.
