Hello,

I purchased the license for Dxtory by following the link in the launcher for the DXtory Trial, the payment has gone through on Paypal. I was not prompted to download the file after payment and had to re-navigate to the site. yet when I prompt the license to be sent to my email address, despite the fact it says "The request succeeded.
Please wait until the license file reaches the registered mail address." I receive no email.
I have tried two addresses, both Gmail. The email for confirming my registration for the forum however appeared instantaneously.

I would appreciate swift assistance, as I have already paid for this product, and so far have no access to the full version I paid for.

Thanks,

Breadwinner

What "two addresses"?... Go specifically to the e-mail address which you stated in the license purchase, it won't be sent anywhere else.

License is meant to be sent instantly. Check your Spam tab, your filter might have blocked it.

That would be the email address which my Paypal account is registered under I presume, as there was no prompt to enter an email address throughout the purchasing process.

I tried entering in an email address in the "Send License File" link within the support page, this being where I tried both of my email addresses.

Of course, the first thing I checked was my spam folder The license email never arrived. I reiterate however that I received the forum registration email, which was in the spam folder, almost immediately.

So did you get the license file? If you still didn't get it then contact the administrator using the e-mail: cs@exkode.com

Attach some evidence to your e-mail such as your PayPal transaction information.
