Dxtory won't start?

Whenever I try to open dxtory it says an exception has occured in dxtory.exe, before this dxtory only stopped working when I tried recording, can someone help? I've tried reinstalling both dxtory and framework, and even checked cleanup before install a couple times.

I just tried reinstalling framework 4.0 again and it said it had a setup error

You didn't bother reading the link which the admin posted. Quote from the linked post:
