Capture video when using 3 monitor via nvidia span surround.

I have recently started running 3 monitors to enhance my gaming experience however I am having trouble getting DXtory to record.  the overlay would appear and I could start recording however when I stop recording the game I am playing is not recorded.  Can someone advise me whether or not I can record gaming using three screen.
